GO Taxi

1. Campaigns & Coupons

As of August 2025, by combining the “GO! Campaign” and the “Friend Referral Campaign,” you can receive up to ¥7,000 in coupons.

❶ GO! Campaign – Total ¥5,000

① Benefits (¥5,000 total)

1. New registration: ¥500 coupon (usable immediately)
2. ¥500 coupon each ride (up to 3 times/month for 3 months) → total ¥4,500

② Overview
New users get ¥500 on signup and can earn up to ¥4,500 over the first three months (max 3 rides/month).

③ Period
Until further notice.

New users only.

All GO service areas.

• Benefit: Both you and your friend receive four ¥500 coupons (¥2,000 total)
• Condition: The invited friend must complete their first ride using your referral code
• Period: Ongoing (no fixed end date)
• Referral code: Ask a friend or search on X (formerly Twitter)

2. How to Use Coupons

Since September 2023, coupons can be used only for app-dispatch rides (booked via the app).

❶ Steps to Apply a Coupon (App Dispatch)

1. Link GO Pay to your credit card.
2. Set your pick-up point in the app and tap Next.
   Check the pin location carefully.
3. Tap “Coupon not selected” and choose your coupon.
   Do not tap “Call a Taxi” yet.
4. After selecting the coupon, tap “Call a Taxi.”
5. Arrival time will appear in the app.

❷ Important Notes

• Coupon issuance cap: up to 3 per month (check the app’s coupon list).
• App-dispatch rides only. Street hails and taxi-stand rides are excluded.
• GO BUSINESS (corporate) rides are excluded from coupon issuance.
• Cancelled bookings are not eligible.
• Users previously registered with MOV may be ineligible.
• Campaign details may change or end without notice. Keep the app updated.

• Only one coupon can be used per ride; no change is given when paying with a coupon.
• Discount applies to fare and dispatch (pick-up) fee only; other options excluded.
• Coupons have expiration dates—please check validity.
