The dispatch fee varies depending on the taxi company.
In rural areas, many taxi companies offer free dispatch, but in Tokyo, it costs about 290 to 410 yen.

With DiDi, you cannot specify the taxi company, so the dispatch fee varies depending on the assigned taxi.
6. Advance Reservations
With DiDi, you can make advance reservations from 2 days to 30 minutes before your ride.

7. Cancellation Fees
A cancellation fee will be charged if certain conditions are met when using DiDi.
・If you cancel more than 1 minute after the dispatch request is completed
・If you cancel when the taxi arrives on time
In this case, a 720 yen cancellation fee will be charged, so please be careful when canceling.

❷ Register with DiDi
Register the necessary information through the app. If you use in-app payments, enter your payment information.
To register your credit card information, tap "Side Menu" → "Payment Methods" → "Credit/Debit Card" and register your credit card information.
❸ Enter the Coupon
Once you have entered the required information, you will transition to the default screen. On that screen, tap the "Coupon" button and enter the coupon code.
❹ Request a Ride
The pickup location will be displayed on the map with a green dot, indicating an easy pickup point.
We recommend selecting the green dot for a smooth pickup.
The destination can be selected by searching for an address or building name.
After selecting the pickup location and destination, tap the "Call Taxi" or "Order" button.
This completes the dispatch request.
All you have to do is wait for the taxi to arrive at the pickup location.
9. How to Get a Receipt
After getting off, a receipt will be sent to your registered email address (receipts will not be issued in the taxi).
Please register and verify your email address in advance.
The sender address of the receipt will be "noreply@didiglobal.com". If you have set up domain-specific reception, please set it to receive emails.
